Easter Fare

Here's the rundown of what we ate today.
Breakfast was hardboiled eggs and Easter Story Cookies. These were really nice to make together last night and Leyna was equally as excited about seeing the "empty tombs" as she was about her Easter basket. Love that. And they were tasty!
We had dinner at Nana and Pee Paw's house. The girls never do too well with eating on holidays since meals are usually at a different time than normal and there are lots of other faces to look at at the table.
Leyna had a butter sandwich and two lima beans (she is known for dining exclusively on rolls at meals like this, sometimes up to three of them)...
And Cora, who had just woken up, ate macaroni and cheese and poked holes in all of her lima beans with her finger.
And here was my plate. I had no trouble eating all of it. And then some ;)
Pee Paw's ham, lima beans, Nana's mac n cheese, green bean casserole, tater tot casserole, my deviled eggs, and celery with cheese. Yum!
