This is the easiest meal ever. Well, besides just eating cold Spaghettios out of the can like I did in college. Ick.
I was SO happy that I decided to throw this in the slow cooker this morning because it was a non-stop day and it was so nice to have some comfort food already waiting for us at dinner time.
Here's what you do.
1. Put a few frozen chicken breasts in the slow cooker. I used 3.
2. Pour a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce on top. I used some kind of organic garden veggie blend.
3. Turn your slow cooker on low and let it go ALL day.
4. About an hour before dinner use a wooden spoon to break up the chicken breasts so they're all shredded up and incorporated in the sauce.
5. I like to add about a 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese to the mixture at this point as well.
6. Serve it up over the pasta of your choice and see if you can get a few bites in your mouth before your kids ask you for seconds! WE LOVE THIS DINNER!
