Pizza Friday - Costco

 Today we did our Pizza Friday with a lunch at Costco. Daddy met us and it was delicious as always :)

And while we were at Costco we got some Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon so that's what I cooked up for dinner. I drizzled it with some Wegman's basting oil and baked it in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes. Then I served it up with a garden salad and some lemon spinach couscous. Cora was a huge fan of the cousous but said the salmon was stinky. Leyna thought the couscous was offensive, but ate all of her salmon, as well as Cora's and some of mine. They both ate every last bite of salad. (In fact, one day last week Leyna ate an entire Romaine leaf with nothing on it - that girl loves her veggies!)
